How the Done48 website handles the information you choose to share.
Website enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we use your email, business name, message and optional name, style and maintenance preferences to respond and discuss your project. Please do not include sensitive information. Form details stay in the open page until you submit or leave; the application does not save them to browser storage.
Enquiries are sent through Web3Forms to hello@done48.com. Web3Forms processes and stores submissions under its privacy policy. Done48 has configured a seven-day retention period for new submissions in Web3Forms. Done48’s email service also retains the received message. Contact us about access or deletion of information you have sent.
Confirmation and your selected style
After a successful submission, a reference and timestamp may be kept in this tab’s session storage to display confirmation. This contains no form details. Your style selection is included in the start-page URL, such as ?style=arcfield, so it can be retained without an account. Do not put personal information in URLs.
Privacy choices and analytics
Your preference is saved on this device under done48privacy. It contains no form details. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change it.
Analytics is not currently configured. No analytics script runs and no analytics events are sent. If an analytics account is connected later, it will load only after you explicitly allow it.
Fictional demonstration forms
The four sample businesses are fictional. Their enquiries, session selections and reservations are simulated, do not require contact information and do not send information to real businesses.
Hosting and assets
Media, fonts and animation libraries are served with this website. The hosting provider may process technical request information under its own terms. These records are separate from enquiry submissions.
Direct email and privacy requests
Email links open your email app; they do not send automatically. If you email Done48, your message is handled by your email service and Done48’s email service. For questions about retention, access or deletion, contact hello@done48.com.
